Austin 1st Day of Preschool!!!

Austin is only 3 but he is in Preschool this year. He was so excited to go and when I dropped him off I about cried! I felt like a left part of my heart at that school when Adaley and I drove off. I can't believe how brave and excited he was. He told me when I picked him up mom we played games and painted pictures and oh yeah I did not learn nothing about letters or numbers!!!!! He cracks me up!!!!!

We were at the Circuit Finals for Halloween this year so yes I had to take Austin Trick or Treating in Ogden Utah and it was so much fun!!! He was Batman and Addie for her first Halloween was a Spider and she hated her costume so bad!!!! Austin and I had so much fun going from door to door he really loved and got into it this year. Just one more mom is what he kept saying!!!!!! Oh yeah and I decided this year because of how fun Austin was, it might be one of my favorite holidays, he loved it so much, it made it so fun!!!!! Austin is obsessed with batman and totally still wears his costume all the time! Also thanks to all those amazing Halloween Freaks who decorate their yards and houses, it made our Halloween extra special!!!!!

FAIR 2010

We love the Fair so much that if you knew how much time we spend there I would be completely embarrased! The fair is our annual family event here in Blackfoot and man do we love it. Not only are we hooked but we got both the kids hooked on it too. Austin was at the races so much this year that me and Clint heard him in his bed one night yelling outloud POPCORN.....CANDY.....POPCORN......CANDY! Embarassing but yes this is oftenly heard at the races when they are walking through the stands selling refreshments. He also is so funny right now cause he talks so much so another phrase he came up with during the fair was dad its five o clock time to go to the fair even if it was eight in the morning and also dad this carmel apple was five dollars, Dad this gun was five dollars.... Everything was five something!!!!! So yes we started the fair out with the Blackfoot Fair Day Parade, then the Little Buckaroo Rodeo at the Fair. Austin rode a sheep even though I didn't realize he wasnt suppose to unless he was Four. So yes he rode a sheep and probably shouldn't have! Way to go Mom?!? Anyhow he rode two jumps and then his rope fell off, but he didn't even cry and he really loved it!!!!! Then he was in the stick horse barrel racing and ran the pattern like a champion Barrel Racer!! ha Sad I know. He rope and then cried because he didn't catch like last year. Yeah we need to work on sportsmanship! We then rode the rides Tuesday went to the Impra finals to watch the uncles and we had the Real horse Barrel Racing the last day of the Fair. Austin was suppose to trot but walked slowly around them because he wouldn't use his whip, He was 84 and actually did really good because they was a lot of broken patterns so yeah for Austin knowing the Barrel Pattern! He rode a new horse we bought that Austin wants to name poppers like what he calls his basketball clothes. WHo knows where he got this word but it is well known by all who know Austin. So yes we have a cute little mare that we now call Poppers nothing like ladybug or Daisy like I suggested. So Hopefully Poppers who is a cute little four year old mare will have a happy long life with our little Arave Family!!!\

The Daddy of Em All!

We went to Cheyenne over the 24th of July because Clint made it to the Short round. He flew in and my Dad came with me and Austin to drive the rig with Clint's Horse so he could compete. Lucky for Adaley she got to stay home with Grandma Arave so she didnt have to travel so much in only two days. Friday we got there late and spent the night. We got up the next morning and went to the big cheyenne parade and rode rides, I promised Austin we would have a fun day with out any driving! So we went to the 4 Hour Parade!!!!!! Then we took a nap after the rodeo where Austin entertained everyone around us with his singing of the National Anthem. It's pretty sad when you have been to so many rodeos that your kid knows the song by heart! But it is one of my favorite things to hear when we are driving or sitting in the stands, he does a pretty dang good job. Then we rode rides and after a long tiring day I began to miss Adaley really bad!!! Regrets haunted me all night for not bringing her with us. But a quick phone call reassured me she was enjoying Grandmas. The next day was a great day!!! Clint was 12.9 in the last go, placing him first in the Average and winning him the third go around. He won the biggest rodeo of the all!!! We were so excited, he won 13,000.00 in cash and 2,000 dollars in prizes!!! Along with boots, a cowboy hat, the legendary Cheyenne Buckle, spurs, a saddle, and tons of other prizes. We were so lucky to be there and be able to see it!!! It was so fun! That night my dad and me and Austin had to drive all night to get to Montana for my Grandma Crumleys funeral. That day was hard we really did have such a great lady for a grandma. I won't ever forget how much I enjoyed her and I am so grateful for eternal families and eternal life!

Reno Nevada 2010

Well even though we had Adaley in May, rodeo must go on! We went on our first trip with Clint 2 weeks after Adaley was born. We went to Pleasant Grove and Reno. We had tons of fun we got to swimming at the Sierra Resort and Austin got to ride Reno's Fair Rides! Clint placed good at Pleasant Grove but had no luck at Reno. This also was Fathers Day weekend and I am so greatful that Clint is such a great Dad. Austin loves and wants to be with him every minute. Adaley is a snuggle bug and enjoys taken naps with Clint. All three of us love Clint so much and are so greatful for all the things he does for our family. Such as help me with Adaley's Nursury! We also love Grandpa Brower and Arave. They always have been there for me and Clint, and now are even more important to our family. Austin loves his Grandpas and calls both of them Papa. Austin would do anything to be with either papa, he loves them so much! Clint and I are both so lucky to have great Dads who have always shown us so much love and support! Adaley May Arave

On May 26th we were blessed with a healthy baby girl. Adaley May was born 21 hours after I arrived at the hospital. She was 21 inches long and weighed 8 lbs 9 ounces. She is such a snuggle bug and a sweet little girl. Austin loves her so much and calls her Addie May in a funny cute voice. We love that he adores her, we find him always giving her kisses and singing her songs like itsy bitsy spider. The funny thing is that she adores him too. She likes to sit up and is very strong so she sits and smiles at Austin all day and believe me Austin knows how to put on a show. She is a great baby and I have really enjoyed having two best friends with me all the time!!

Austin's 3rd Birthday!

This year Austin turned 3 years old! I can't believe how big he is getting! We decided to have his Birthday Party the week before his baby sister was due. So yes we decided to have it normally on his birthday come baby or no baby and luckily for all of us, no baby! Austin was so pumped to get a motorcycle bike for his birthday and was really excited to get a new set of poppers. Poppers are Basketball Jerseys and shorts, we have no idea why he calls them this but everyday he asks to wear his poppers so he can play ball. Man is this mine and Clint's kid or what!!!! Austin makes our lives so much better and keeps us entertained always!!!! I can not believe he is already 3! Right now he knows all his colors, can count to 10, and knows half of the alphabet without messin up! He learned to swim all by himself this year in Grandma and Grandpa Arave's pool and Rides Buttons the pony for 3 hours everyday "All by myself ", as Austin says. We love him and are so proud of him! Happy Birthday Austin!!!!!!

Spring Break!

For spring break the Arave Clan decided to head to Utah and take the kids to Hoogle Zoo and to the Tree House in Ogden. We had so much fun we shared rooms and with this many kids that was an experience in itself! Austin was so much fun, I really love this kid to death. I can't imagine our lives without him!

Texas 2010

This past February we went to Texas for a bunch of Clint's rodeos for a month. We went to Florida for some rodeos as well and we were 10 miles from Disney World. So of course we took just a day to let Austin visit the Magical Kingdom! It was a lot of work to try and see everything in one day but overall it was so much fun. He loved the Buzz light year ride and really enjoyed all the characters. At the end he got to see Mickey and Minnie and we waited in line for 20 minutes, which is actually really short compared to other times. He was so tired, he was on Clints shoulders and rested his chin on top of Clint's head. I was surprised that he was awake by the time we saw Mickey. He loved it, he had the funniest smurk the whole time on his face and was so excited the Mickey and Minnie gave him High Fives! We were lucky to have such a fun day with just the three of us!

Snow Day!!!

We went one whole Saturday without power!!! And believe me it was the longest day ever. We tried to keep busy by doing other stuff but it is sad to say having power is a necessity. Austin did get to go outside and play in the snow. He made several snow angels and for some reason I didn't get a picture of one, but at least it entertained me for a while! I cannot tell you how happy we were when it came back on around 7 that night!

Christmas Pajamas! I always give my family Pj's on Christmas Eve, and Austin loves Superman right now so I decided to give Clint and Austin Twiner Pajamas! Luckily Clint is such a good sport he wears them, and Austin thinks it is so cool. We went to my Mom and Dad's for Christmas Eve and to The Araves on Christmas Day. Christmas Eve was tons of fun we played games and all the cousins just got to hang out. We made Sugar Cookies for Santa and the boys did such a great job!!! We hung out and had our annual Christmas Fishing Trip- The kids always love that. Austin helped me wrap presents for our family and this year I got my mom a train for her Christmas Tree and Austin loved it so much that when I brought the present in for my mom to unwrap he yelled, "Grandma, it's a choo choo Train!!!". We all laughed so hard because he was just so excited this year about every present, even those of others! This year I got Clint and Austin Rope Cans that have the Arave Brand and they match! Austin's is a smaller one but he thought it was cool to have the same rope can as his Dad he carried it around all Christmas Day and would get out his ropes and swing them and then put them back in. Austin got a train set and table from Santa and A Batman Cave. He loves them so much, since he got them I don't have to turn on any Movies or shows for him, he is just so busy playing. I got a double stroller from Clint which I wanted so bad! He got the exact one I wanted and I was pumped when he got me a new diaper bag also. Christmas Day we went over to the Araves after we opened gifts and had fun hanging out and playing with the toys that Grandma and Grandpa Arave gave the kids. We played games and then we were all so wore out! I'm sad that Christmas has came and went but we had so much fun this year and we are so glad that we can spend it with our families. Now life goes on and we can start looking forward to the baby coming this Spring, but first potty training! Wish us luck- hope everyone has a wonderful Holiday Season.

The Polar Express!!

This month we went to Utah with the Brower side of the Family to enjoy a couple a days away and to take the kids on the Polar Express in Heber City. The kids loved the train and really enjoyed Santa on the train who gave each boy a bell. It was so much fun, we read the Story, "The Polar Express" and sang Christmas Carols. It was so fun to be there with my family, even though it was 4 Below and our feet froze on the train. Then we stayed in Salt Lake and went swiming at the hotel pool and it was fun to play around for the day! It really got our whole family in the mood for Christmas and the kids loved it.

Halloween 2009

Halloween for us is like three different days of celebration. So Austin got be Buzz Light Year and a cowboy. Austin wore his costume from 1-7:30 and then wanted his batman Pajamas the rest of the night, so he did the trunk or treat half as Buzz Light Year and Half as a White Trash kid in Pajamas. We were putting a scrapbook for Clints grandpa Dale Arave, who just turned 80 this last Saturday. So we had to get some family pictures done to put in the book, so of course, before the fair one night we planned to meet at Clint's parents house to hurry and get a group picture!! Thanks to our neighbor we were able to get some good pictures!!! THanks Janelle!!! We really never have pictures of our whole family and it was nice to see everyone in the picture!!! We attended a birthday party for Dale on Saturday, and we love him so much. Dale is 80 and he still comes out to our house to ride at least three days a week, he still works at the temple every Wednesday with his wife, and has served three missions in his life for the LDS church. He has been a great grandpa to Clint and a wonderful great grandpa to Austin. Austin and I are really lucky to be around him in the office, it has helped me and Austin to get to know him even better. We really are lucky to have such great grandparents, both Clint and I, they have all been such a big part in our lives growing up and continue to be great examples to us today!!! Thats why I am so glad that Austin also can be so close to both grandparents as he grows!!! Thanks to all you great grandparents!!!!

Costume Parade

This year at the fair the Arave's and the Brower's were introduced to the costume parade line and we didn't know what we were in for!!! This is a 4h event that allows 5 and under kids to ride there horse or pony in a costume parade. Austin went as a Blackfoot Bronco Football Player and Buttons (his pony) went as, of course, the White Bronco and I (yes, i had to lead and be dressed up!) was a referee. Austin recieved a green ribbon, which was given to everyone that participated in the event. Austin loved riding in front of a crowd, and tried to grab the ribbon from the judges hand when they were speaking to us about our pony. He really wanted to win won of those ribbons!!!!! I think we might be sticking to the rodeo events!!!!

Fair Rides!!!

This year austin was so pumped about the rides, we took one whole day to ride every kid ride there was!!! He loves rides so much, he would ride them by himself and yet he still had fun when he rode with me. Besides the impatient pushing in line, we got through the day. I think by far the choo choo train was Austin's favorite, because every morning this week was, where's my boots, cowboy hat, and lets go ride the choo choo train!!!!! I think Austin might be more addicted to the Fair than me and Clint!!!! He got to ride with every cousin on both sides, which made the fair a whole lot of fun!!

Little Cowpoke Rodeo 2009

We decided to enter Austin in the little cowpoke rodeo at the Fair this year. He got to rope a dummy, pull the ribbon off the goat, and stick horse barrel race. It was tons of fun for him!! He loved it so much the whole time I was pulling him back because he wanted to do everything the whole time. He did really good to he won third in the dummy roping, and after he caught the calves head he took off his hat and said yeeha cowboy!!! Everyone laughed so hard! The whole day he wore his hat with it tipped up and now everyday since the rodeo he wants his boots, cowboy hat, and belt buckle to wear. I have no idea where he gets his goofy personality!!!! We loved every minute of it he was so much fun and he really loves the ropin life- I wonder WHY!!!!!!!

4th of July!!!

For the last two weeks we have been celebrating the 4th of July in our family! The 4th is the biggest time of the year for rodeo. It was none stop for Clint for two weeks, and Austin and I were able to meet up with him at some rodeos. Thanks to my Dad, Austin and I got to be with Clint during the 4th of July weekend. It only took two drivers, lots of stops, and a rocking dvd player to play every disney movie ever made!!! My Dad helped drive a rig out to Prescot, Arizona with me and Austin. Clint had to fly in from Cody, Wyoming and we picked him up in Pheonix just in time for his rodeo in Prescot. It was nice to be with family at a rodeo on the 4th, its just tradition in both the Arave and Brower family. I wish my mom could have come but she was having fun with my grandma in Montana. All and all the week was rough on luck for both me and Clint but there is always another one!!!!!!!!!

Hogul Zoo!

We all decided in June to go to the Hogul Zoo!!! It was crazy fun!!! Hey we all decided that maybe the Arave family has to many kids!!!! ha ha! Just kidden but we are a big bunch and at times it can get rowdy!!!! We piled into two cars meaning every seat was takin and we were packed. Thank goodness for BIG VEHICLES!!!!! But we all went and the kids loved it so much. It's funny how much a kid can love any animal!!!!! We had a lot of fun even though it sprinkled on us a couple of times!!!! Oh yeah it was Ledges birthday that day, and it was a great way to celebrate!!!

Oh Canada!!!!

Clint had a bunch of rodeos for about two weeks in Canada. So me and Austin were lucky and got to go with him!!!! It was a fun trip and Clint did really good those two weeks. We went to the Edmonton Mall, which is one of the largest malls ever built. It has a large water park and bunch of fun little shows throughout the mall. We went to the Sea Lion Show and watched the tricks of four different sea lions. Austin loved it, and to be honest so did Clint and I. Austin's favorite Sea Lion was named Oliver and he was huge. I loved him to, he had a lot of personality. Then we went to a Movie, which was The movie UP. We really enjoyed just sittin and relaxin, while we ate popcorn and drank POP (Austin's favorite!!!). Sad I know, I blame it all on his father!!!!! Then we went and had Horton's Donouts, (Clints favorite thing about Canada) and watched kids ice skate in the middle of the mall. It was so big that I don't think we even went through it all. It was a fun two weeks, and Clint placed a lot so it was great!!! Oh by the way we went to the Nothern part of Canada, just outside of the Northern territories the first couple of days!!!! I was sick when I saw signs that said Alaska!!! It still was a ways but I couldn't believe it!!! Yeah a lot of driving but a lot of good family time for us!!!!!!!

Austin turned 2 at the end of May!!! I cant believe I haven't posted all of my pictures so much has been going on. We pretty much celebrated his birthday all week long. We went to Riot Zone with the Araves and with the Browers we had a Birthday Barbeque!!! It was so much fun. We love Austin and he has been so much fun!!! All and all do to great friends and family Austin had a great 2nd Birthday!!!

We went to the Zoo in Idaho Falls one day with all of the Arave kids. It was so much fun to finally have some good weather! Austin loved the zebras and the Penguins. He was kind of scared of the Tigers. But all in all it was just fun to be with all of his cousins. We were all a little worn out afterwards!

Montana Bound

We went to my Grandma Crumleys in Montana for a weekend. My brother and and his son Jett went with us and we met my parents up there. My Grandma turns 90 years old at the end of May and she looks amazing!!! It was so fun to see her and visit with her! She has such a great sense of humor and I love to hear some of her stories. I love Montana, it brings back so many great childhood memories for me and my whole family, the views are amazing and you feel such a peace at my grandma's ranch.

Rodeo Season !

This last month we have been gone from our home!! It was so nice to just pick up and leave for a while and be somewhere where it was warm. We were in Arizona and Nevada for 3 1/2 weeks and we spent a lot of time with Clint's Brother Ben and his kids, Zach and Brooke. It was so nice to be with them, we wish they lived closer. The first week we were in Laughlin and Clints whole family was there and we had fun hanging out. We had some friends there and we enjoyed being with them (Loylds and Smiths). We had a lot of down time between rodeos and so we filled up our days with some wild activities. We were staying in Vegas with some rodeo friends (Robinsons and the Burkes), Ausitn and his friend T-Lee decided to do some goat tying. T-Lee was really good but all Austin really wanted to do was ride them. So Tawna took these pictures and they turned out really cute of the kids. I wish I would take more pictures but I never have my camera, mostly I already have my hands full with Austin and his terrible 2's!! HA

Happy Birthday!

Tomorrow is Clints Birthday! We just wanted everyone to know that yes Austin and I did not forget it this year!! HA jk! We got him some fun gifts this year and Austin drew him a picture. We got him ballons and stuck them in the trailer with some presents because we have been in Vegas for three weeks rodeoing and tomorrow we travel to another one!! Its sad we are getting so old so fast. I still can't believe Austins going to be two let alone how old clint and I are getting! Time flies! Austin and I just want everyone to know that Clint is now one year older and wiser too! I'll post some pictures soon!! Arizona

Clint had a bunch of rodeos this week in Arizona. We traveled 14 hours, not including back and forth to the rodeos once we got there. We went to Tucsan, Scottsdale, Grand Junction and Marana. We stayed at a friends house in our trailer and luckily so did Nate and Meggan, Clint's little sister. We roped and hung out in the nice 80 degree weather, now we know why Arizona is the place to be for the winter. We had fun, Clint did really good, he had some bad luck but he made some awesome runs and we both won some money at Grand Junction. Yes I got to rope a little bit and it was a lot of fun. Austin rode Munch all by himself and I was scared to death the whole time!! Thank goodness for the best horse ever. Austin is saying a lot now not always understable, but this trip he learned to say water the tepto which is water the horses. He thinks every horse is named Pepto which is a horse he rides. He says Tepto though but we know what he is saying. He randomly throughs out words we have never heard him say before and I try to get him to say them again but he never repeats it. He does wave at us all the time and yells mom and dad for our attention when he rides though. Also on our trip we went across the Hoover Dam This seems retarded and Clint was making fun of me but it is amazing that humans can build such a magnificient structure. They are now building the road above it all that goes directly over the hoover dam. It was completly ridiculus of how high it is and just the capability of how it can be done still amazes me.

Arizona

Meggan and Nate were there with us with Ledger, it was nice to have both of the boys with us. We had a lot of fun we played around one day out a outlet mall in Marana and the boys got to ride in the coolest double decker stroller ever. We also got to play around in the kid playground. It was nice to be out of the sun for a while.

Austin loves to play all sports as you can see this what our day consists of. Austin is funny too, the higher we raise the hoop for basketball the harder he plays. We love to play a good pickup game of pee wee basketball, usually it's Austin and I against Clint. Austin is really getting pretty good!

Happy Valentines Day!

When we woke up on Valentines Day Austin and I had some surprises sitting out. Clint got me a dozen roses and a new pair of tennis shoes. I was so excited because I needed a new pair so bad! Austin got some great stuff and some stuff that would keep him busy on our trip to Arizona the next week. Clint got some fun stuff for rodeo. We were planning to go on a romantic date that night, but I got the flu Saturday and Sunday, so we just hung out all weekend. We finally got to celebrate the next week and we went to the movie Taken and we loved it even though it was the most predictable movie we have ever went to. So all and all we had a good Valentines this year. Hope everyone was treated special for a day!!

Family parties are still going strong!!! For New Years Day we went to my Families house to Play games and Eat!!! This is each family including our new addition to our all boys basketball team for the Browers, Nash Brower. That is now five boys all within four years for our family. It's a race to see who will have the first girl!! Nash is such a good baby and it was fun to see Jett Brower with a little brother. We were so excited to see the new Baby!!

We went to the Arave's for our annual New year's Eve Party but we did not play the annual Basketball game, so I guess it really isn't an annual event. But it was one that was sorely missed by both the inlaws and the outlaws. But it is pretty well known that the inlaws were going to take the victory this year!!! We did have fun though hanging out and playing games!!

We played this espn cup stacking game that is so addicting. you have to set two cup pyramids up and take them down in a record time. Our family is so competitive and each of us were lining up to set the new record. Dunkan Hale set the first record at 5 something which is seriously awesome, but then it was beaten finally after several hours of trying by Clint and believe me clint did rub it in Dunkan's face. (Embarassing I know) But Seriously Dunkan will get clint's record easy because he is so amazing at it and he is only 10 years old. Plus I don't know for sure if any body witnessed the time posted by Clint. It still maybe in question!!!!

This is Austin and Oakley (Jared and Katie's little girl that is the same age as Austin) just drinking all the pop that they can together. I think this helped them both stay up until the countdown was over!!!

Jazz Basketball Game

My brother Jason is the Marsh Valley head coach. Every year they play in the Delta Center in Salt Lake. Clint used to help him coach and Jason asked him to come down and help with the game, afterwards we got to go eat at Olive Garden and attend the Jazz game that night. It was a lot of fun for our family and was fun for the boys to be around each other. This is Austin and Dax just hanging out before the game.

Brower Christmas!

This Christmas Eve we spent it with my family in American Falls. The kids played a fishing game that they loved and we opened gifts that night. It was so much fun, but we did miss Andy and Kenzie due to Nash arriving the day before!!! Congratulations Andy and Kenzie.

We went to my Grandma and Grandpa Brower's for our annual family christmas party. Santa visited the party and Austin does not really know what the heck to think of him yet!! It was fun to see our family still get together just like we did when we were kids.

Arave Christmas

Christmas Day we spent at the Araves. We played true colors, a board game that shows who everybody believes would be the main person to have the quality or would carry out the action. It was hillarious, me and clint got voted on a lot!!! Good and Bad, but it was all in good fun. Austin had a bunch of fun with his cousins. Austin and the younger cousins his age are all really into couches and chairs right now. So luckily grandma and grandpa got all of them little sofas and chairs to lounge around in with a bunch of other toys to play with!!! This is Austin in his Elmo chair or as Austin says his Emo chair. We'll have to work on that!!! Austin also kept chillin in his cousin's couch, luckily Ledger is nice to share with him. Oh yeah thanks to Grandma Brower, Austin can support our team the Jazz with his official jersey.

Christmas 2008!!

Christmas was so much fun this year!!! We got to go to my parents on Christmas Eve and the Araves on Christmas Day. It was fun to celebrate with both our families. We really enjoyed being around all our family. Austin was a little spoiled this year but we think he will forget it by next year, hopefully. Austin got a electronic jeep that he can drive around, and now my pore walls are paying for it. He also got a climbing gym that is now the only piece of furniture in our front living room because nothing else fits. Santa also finally got Clint a Lazy boy recliner that he has been wanting for sometime. THANKS SANTA!! So overall Christmas morning at our home was pretty exciting.

Growing Up!!

This last Sunday was the best Sunday ever!! Austin got to go to Nursery and he loved it so much!! It is kind of sad that he is already 18 months and heading off to Nursery all by himself but he did so good and it was way funner then having to be with boring mom and dad at church.

Trick or Treating!!!

This was the first year that Austin could really actually Trick or Treat and he loved it. We went to the Trunk or Treat out at our church. It was hillarious, he would take fists full of candy and put it into his bag and gallop to the next one. We were laughing so hard. He loved the whole idea of taking candy out of their bags and putting it into his own. Something so simple can make a zebra quite a happy little camper!! Here we are at the trunk or treat with the Hale boys and the Arave girls. (Austin's Cousins that are in the same ward) I loved everybody's costume so much!!

This zebra is one wild dude!!!We had so much fun this Halloween. We started out by trick or treating at the high school where my mom works. Then we went to get Austin's pictures done in Pocatello because I can't get him to stand still for me to take some good pictures and they turned out great. He really showed off to people and it was hillarious how he paraded around in his costume.

CIRCUIT FINALS 2008

We went to the Circuit Finals this weekend in Ogden, Utah. We had a lot of fun with both our families and Austin had tons of fun with all of his cousins. Clint didn't have the greatest luck but it was fun to hang out for a couple of days. It was the last of the bigger rodeos that Clint has for a while, or at least until Denver and Rapid City come around at the first of the year in 2009. We now have some good quality down time for the holidays and it has been much needed for our family. Its great to have a break from everything!!

Nice Weather

Since it has already snowed here, Austin and I are trying to soak up all the good weather that we can. So we get outside every chance we get. The only thing Austin wants to do when we are outside is play with our dogs. Lucky for us are dogs are nice to him because as you can see Austin is a little rough. THIS BOY IS PURE BOY!!!! Roxy our corgie is the one he rides and pulls around, good thing she loves him. Snoopy and Austin are kind of a bad combination they both are hyper and overly excited by everything, there's never a dull moment when they are together!!!!

One thing that Austin loves to do is play with his cousins. Oakley is eight months older and Austin follows her around like crazy. Austin is lucky to have so many cousins that are close to his age so he can have buddies to play with.

Rodeo Season

We have traveled so many places this year it has really been a lot of fun for our family. We started off the summer heading to the college finals and now we are headed to Waco, Texas for the Heartland Series. Austin is quite the little cowboy. He loves to ride his pony and love to be around his dogs. He likes to wear his cowboy hat and carry his piggin string all over. It's hard to believe that he is one and half, he is growing so fast!!

Happy Birthday Austin!!! Austin just turned one and everyone in our family made his first birthday special. Austin's birthday was shared with loved ones and carried out for about three days straight. We celebrated his birthday with the Araves on a Sunday were we had cake and birthday gifts galore. Then we celebrated his birthday with the Browers at the Tauphaus Park Zoo and again birthday gifts galore!! Austin had so much fun with all of his cousins and has some great new toys to play with!!
